Email not recognized at login
What to do if your email is not found.
If your email is not recognized, first try the Forgot password form. If you do not receive a reset email, you likely do not have an account under that address. Try any other email you may have used. You may also try Signing Up with that email. If you are able to sign up with that email, it means no account exists for it yet. If you still believe you already had an account, contact support so we can help locate or reset it.
